Our new gravel bike ATLAS pushes boundaries. Up to 47 mm tyre clearance and all mounting options for bike packing adventures are making the ATLAS the missing piece in our portfolio between the endurance road bike PARALANE and the cyclocross racer MARES.

FRAME
The ATLAS comes with an aluminium frame and a carbon fork. Therefore it becomes very sturdy and is suitable for every purpose.
COOLEST YOKE
It is the favourite ATLAS part of engineer Ignacio: the smart yoke. This small part makes a nice routing of all cables possible at the rear and provides a lot of space for the tyres.
FENDERS AND RACK
With its mounting points, the frame can fit our own designed fenders* and rack perfectly. All bikes have these mounting points and some stock bikes have them already equipped.
*The fender (AM140121004) and the carrier (AM130120022) can only be fitted in combination and not separate from each other. The fender is only approved for max. 40 mm wide tyres (40c).
KICKSTAND MOUNT
To mount an 18 mm kickstand we offer a kickstand mount which offers the required mounting option
SHORT CHAIN STAY
Super short chainstays are allowing the ATLAS rider to play around nicely on trails. On top, there is a short stem that delivers even more agility.
TYRE CLEARANCE
Extremely large clearance up to 47 mm tyres (650B compatible).

Design:
By considering shoulder width, riding position, safety and comfort, we have created a light, easy to ride and ergonomic design that ensures a great fit. And for a child to ride comfortably and in the correct position the saddle should be padded and matching the size of their body – we have done just that with the E-250MTBG.
Performance:
With a lightweight Alloy ergonomic frame and the low gravity concept, the E-250MTBG is approximately 30% more efficient than comparative kids bikes. And light wheels make pedalling easier; professional bike riders insist ont hem so why shouldn’t our kids too! At just 7+kgs, it is one of the lightest bikes for this age group – most alternative kids bikes weigh more than 11.5kgs! And of course, for the off-road experience, your future ByK champion MTB rider has custom-fitted knobby tyres to make it over the tough terrain.
Safety:
To make a children’s bike safe, the rider needs to be able to brake efficiently and confidently. On the front we have used an alloy side pull calliper for developing immediate hand control, and at the rear a coaster brake for simple and safe foot braking.
We have used alloy front and rear callipers with light action for superior control and a simple and safe coaster style foot brake. The best of both worlds we believe. The custom-sized V-Brakes we have used are calibrated for age, ability and ergonomic fit. And they are made of non-flexing, strong and light alloy. Our light weight alloy rims ensure pedalling is easier. But more importantly alloy rims are a more efficient braking surface than cheaper, chrome-plated steel rims, and are therefore safer.

Merida Matts J24
- These models are built around a very small adult frame with 26″ wheels. As the child grows, the wheels can be swapped for 650B wheels, meaning the bike will fit your child for longer.
- Many of Merida’s bikes feature rigid forks. This helps to keep the weight down, which is a big advantage for much lighter riders. Gears are also kept to a minimum, avoiding confusion for young riders, as well as reducing weight.
- All kids’ bike frames are made with the same 6061 lightweight aluminium we use in our adult bikes; we don’t cut any corners. They’re also painted and lacquered in the same way, so the bikes can still look great even after a few tough knocks.

While the LITE features the same race-proven geometry as the carbon models, the TFS bikes offer a more relaxed geometry, through a shorter top tube and a higher head tube, resulting in a more upright riding position and enhanced trail visibility.
