Basic Service

From $100 - $1601-2 Hours

•A thorough check-over and tune to get your bike running smoothly.
•Clean bike (price depends on condition)
•Check & adjust/replace brakes and cables (parts extra)
•Check & adjust/replace bottom bracket and headset (parts extra)
•Advise on any major upcoming expenses (tyres, worn parts)
•Lubricate chain, cables and derailleurs
•Straighten derailleurs and hangers as necessary
•Adjust gears
•Minor wheel truing

Free 3 Month Service

Free with new purchase1 hour

•Every new bike or scooter purchased from Cranks includes a complimentary service within the first 3 months.
•We'll check everything over and make sure your new ride is still dialed in perfectly after the initial break-in period.

Kids Bike Service

$651 hour

•Designed for single-speed kids bikes with no gears.
•• Clean bike
•• Check and adjust brakes and chain
•• Lubricate chain and cables
•Keep the little ones riding safely.

Electronic Gear Service

From $35 - See Below

•Expert servicing for Di2, eTap, and other electronic groupsets.
•• Firmware upgrade – $35
•• Diagnose problems (includes firmware upgrade) – $65
•• Full check & adjust (includes upgrade and diagnose) – $85

Clean & Degrease

From $2401-2 Hours

•Everything in the Basic Service, plus a full strip and degrease of your drivetrain, derailleurs and brakes, with full lubrication of all required areas.

Mechanical Gear Service

From $651-2 Hours

•A focused service to get your gears shifting perfectly.
•• Check and lubricate cables, replace as necessary
•• Straighten hanger and derailleurs as necessary
•• Lubricate derailleurs
•• Adjust gears
